We’re pleased to announce increased capacity across a number of our allied health services. New referrals are welcome, and our team will work with participants, families and referrers to understand their needs and match them with the most suitable clinician.
As our services continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. We offer flexible working arrangements, diverse caseloads and opportunities to work across different settings throughout Greater Sydney. Contact us to learn more about our current opportunities.
The NDIA has released its 2026–27 Annual Pricing Review and updated NDIS Pricing Schedule, with the new pricing guidance taking effect from 1 July 2026. The annual review considers market conditions, workforce costs and comparable health-sector pricing to help ensure NDIS supports remain fair, sustainable and accessible.
Some NDIS support prices have changed, while others remain unchanged. For allied health services, the review recommends no adjustment to the national rates for Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology, which remain at $193.99 per hour. Psychology pricing was reviewed separately, with the 2026–27 review recommending a national rate of $252.99 per hour.
At All For You Healthcare, we are committed to keeping our services transparent and making any applicable pricing changes as straightforward as possible for participants and families. Any proposed changes to an existing service agreement will be discussed with the participant, and participants must agree to the changes before they are made.
If you have any questions about how the 2026–27 NDIS pricing changes may affect your services, funding or service agreement, please feel free to contact our friendly team.

The NDIS is continuing to explore how high-quality allied health therapy can be delivered sustainably and provide meaningful outcomes for participants. In 2026, the NDIA commenced a 12-month national Therapy Pilot, involving 27 registered providers and up to $20 million in grant funding. The pilot is examining how therapy services are delivered, the workforce involved, the costs of providing quality services and the outcomes achieved for participants. Its findings will help inform future NDIS therapy pricing reforms.
Allied health continues to play an important role in helping NDIS participants improve or maintain functional abilities, develop everyday skills and increase independence. NDIS-funded therapy can include services such as Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Psychology, where the supports meet NDIS funding requirements.
At All For You Healthcare, we welcome the continued focus on quality and participant outcomes. Our multidisciplinary team remains committed to providing person-centred, practical and evidence-based support, helping participants work towards greater independence and meaningful participation in everyday life.
